The complex has 2 swimming pools treated with salt and a tennis court. Just 10 minutes away from the Old Town, from the Marina and the nearest beach as well Praia do Peneco or Praia do Pescador. Where you can find several restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Perfect place to enjoy a nice relaxing holiday.
The one bedroom and one bathroom apartment is beautifully decorated, transmits calmness and positive energy where you can spend a winter or a summer holiday, but still feeling comfort and coziness just like you were in your own home!
The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with lots of extra spaces to keep your clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy cooking with a beautiful ocean view.
The living room has a huge 8K Ultra HD - Smart TV, where you can enjoy a cinema night! The internet is a high-speed Wi-Fi of 500 Mbps.
The apartment is facing south-west, and all the rooms are open to a big terrace where you can enjoy your meals or just chill on the outdoor sofa, relaxing, watching the amazing ocean view and the most beautiful sunsets.
