Utility Services, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, WiFi are included, when necessary, a cot and chair for an additional cost. Historic centre, beach, marina, restaurants and bars are a 10-15 minute walk away. Ideal for families with a 1 child.
The private entrance to the ground floor house leads to the spacious open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area. The large living area includes a TV, a sofa and patio doors leading to the terrace with a seating area. Bedroom with a double bed, a TV, and patio doors that offer relaxing views of the old town. The bathroom includes a large shower with direct access, double washbasin unit. The second bedroom has a single bed.
The location within the estate provides peace and privacy with access to the well-maintained communal garden, large pool area with many sun loungers, outdoor showers, tennis court, café and the highly regarded "Windmill" restaurant, perfect for short and long stays.
