Upon entering, you are immediately struck by the uniqueness of this house. The passage entrance is adorned
with a lit underwater picture spanning the ceiling. The side arches seamlessly lead into an open-plan living
room, which flows into the dining area and up a couple of steps to the kitchen.
In the living room, a bar table by the window invites you to sit and daydream while gazing at the beach and
coastline. A large 75” Smart TV with numerous streaming services is mounted on the wall within one of the
niches. The furniture is modern, yet cozy and comfortable.
The dining area combines charming antique furniture with modern lighting and décor, creating a harmonious
blend of old and new.
The striking kitchen is elegantly designed and illuminated, featuring the latest appliances and every utensil you
may need. The convenient stone bar table is perfect for a quick snack or drink while conversing with the chef.
