The space

This charming villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Alcantarilha, within walking distance of the lovely village centre, where you will find shops, restaurants, a cosy café and a gym. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the Algarve’s beautiful beaches within just a few minutes — ideal for relaxing beach days and long evenings by the sea.

This is the kind of place where you can effortlessly slip into holiday mode. Wake up peacefully with a coffee in the garden, enjoy a refreshing dip in your private swimming pool, and spend your evenings dining outdoors together as the sun slowly sets.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and Nespresso coffee machine. It also provides direct access to the terrace and outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy meals overlooking the swimming pool.

There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs, on the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning.

* Two bedrooms feature 160 cm-wide beds and share a modern bathroom with a bathtub.
* The spacious master bedroom features a 180 cm-wide bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a charming French balcony.

The villa is ideal for families or friends looking for peace, comfort and a wonderful base from which to explore the Algarve.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, garden and private swimming pool.

The garage is private and is not available for car parking. However, parking is available on the property’s driveway.
